Discard your entire hand hand (min 2) to activate this card. Once per turn, if you control this card: you can Special Summon, from your Extra Deck or Graveyard, 1 monster that has a number between "Number 101" and "Number 107" in its name, except "Number C" monsters. Then Xyz Summon, from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" monster with the same number in its name as the first monster, by using it as the Xyz Material. If you summon this way, you cannot Special Summon any monsters for the rest of this turn, except monsters with those names. This effect cannot summon 2 monsters with the same name. This card's activation and effects cannot be negated by xyz monster's effects.

 

Just a random idea I had. Does it have enough restrictions?

On the surface it's too feast-or-famine. Field Spells are super searchable and it would be rare to not have this on your first turn. If your opponent breaks it with MST or replaces it with another Field Spell, you will be topdecking. If your opponent doesn't draw into MST, you will have an army of giant monsters, spot removal with Giant Hunter/Cestus, and ridiculous control with Neo Tachyon.

 

Underneath that, it could be too strong if the Deck under it can sneak around in the Graveyard or backrow and let the Xyzes do all the work. Nonetheless there don't seem to be any cheap OTK combos with it so eh.
