Durimg your Battle Phase, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: FIRE monsters gain 1000 ATK. Your opponent loses 200 Life Points for each FIRE monster currently on the field.

 

Factoring in meta stuff, Fire Kings can make this (assuming you use Blaster). Not sure if anything else is capable of making this.

 

This card essentially becomes a 4000 ATK monster upon summoning after a single detach, which is extremely high for a Rank 7, even with the attribute restriction. Raise it to Rank 8, so it balances out.

 

Considering that the ATK gain permanent, it will add up. I'd lower it to 500 or something and make it affect everything except this one.

The LP loss is interesting, since it just lowers LP, similar to cards like Raimei, instead of the usual damage.

 

 

Overall, I guess this embodies Reshi relatively well.

You can make Kyurem if that's what you want to do.
