I Hate Snatch Steal
Credit for the original idea for these cards goes to someone who I used to know IRL (if you're reading this, you know who you are). I of course did a few balance changes before posting them here. This face-up card cannot be used as synchro or xyz material. During your next Standby Phase after this card in your possession leaves the field: you can discard 1 card; special summon 1 "Crimson Watchguard" from your hand, deck, graveyard, or banished zone. You must not control a "Crimson Watchguard" to activate and resolve this effect. If you control a face-up "Crimson Watchguard": Target 1 face-up monster; that target cannot declare an attack or activate its effects until the end of its current controller's 3rd turn after this effect resolves, while that target is face-up. If you control a face-up "Crimson Watchguard": Target 1 face-up card; destroy that target. Also, the next time a "Crimson Watchguard" you control destroys an opponent's card this turn: draw 1 card. If there is a "Crimson Watchguard" face-up on your side of the field or in your graveyard: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; Switch control of that target until the End Phase. If you control a face-up "Crimson Watchguard": Declare 1 card type (monster, spell or trap); look at 1 card random in your opponent’s hand: If that card is the declared type, banish it. Otherwise you take 800 damage. During your Standby Phase you can shuffle this card and 1 other "Crimson Spell -" card from your graveyard into the deck; draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Crimson Spell - Honest Man's Demise" once per turn.
