Well I did a quickie. Well the image i got was a link to a youtube video named Marrilland. If synchro monster is used as a fusion summoning (dragon knight draco-equiste) why not Xyz monsters? Even though its never been done in the anime, you will never know if they put a fusion monster on the current anime. You already got spoiled of kyurem's name and fusion name. Also this is my first spell card I ever made.

 

 

When you have "Number 646: Kyurem, the boundary dragon" and "Number 643: Reshiram, the vast white dragon" or "Number 644: Zekrom, the deep black dragon" on your side on the field, you can special summon 1 "White Kyurem, the vast white boundary dragon" or "Black Kyurem, the deep black boundary dragon". If the fused monster had  Xyz material and sent to the graveyard, your opponent loses 100 life points for each Xyz material that were sent to the graveyard.

Destinyexodia, there is no rule saying that two people cannot make card(s) based on the same characters. You should know that by now (considering that this member and myself have both made cards based on the Tao trio of Unova in recent days). Had such a rule existed, then this section would be emptier than it is now.

 

On-topic though, this is essentially Polymerization for Kyurem + Reshiram OR Zekrom (like DNA Splicers are supposed to do). The LP burn effect is menial, considering that it only takes 400 points at most (assuming you didn't detach for anything and without the aid of Rank Up cards or other methods of obtaining Xyz Materials); though given the wording, it decreases LP, not burns.

 

Considering White Kyurem already deals a sizable amount of "burn", I guess it's fine as it is. Raising the LP drop would make this card more likely for usage, but at the expense of pushing said card to promote burn strategies. Black Kyurem only burns when it dies, so abuse won't be around there.
