Number 646: Kyurem, the boundary dragon

Well I have been thinking, I change Black Kyrems attack to 3700 and defense the same is it appropriate for a level 10 or should I leave the same as White Kyurem.

This weekend Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza will come don't know who to pick maybe random. Should I add more effects into Kyurem or leave it alone because I feel like it needs more.

During your turn, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Halve the ATK/DEF of 1 monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, your opponent cannot activate card effects.

 

First effect is OK, though to be honest, stat cutting doesn't exactly fit Kyurem, given its abilities in game. Onto the second effect though, the way you worded it implies that your opponent can't activate cards, period. A better way to rephrase would be to word it like so: "Once per turn, you can negate the activation of a card your opponent controls" or something along those lines.

 

As for playability, Rulers and any Deck that can spam Level 7s easily can make this very quickly. Though since this is Pop Culture and not the general RC section (which my CnC for most of your cards thus far are designed for), this point can slide a bit. You can add 1 more effect to it: A possible suggestion for you would be to incorporate its freezing aspect in the 15th movie (Either a hard OPT to lock a monster from attacking or straight up "monsters cannot change Battle Position" or something)
