3 level 9 monsters

This card can be summond by activite Rank-Up Magic on 108. On ethier players turns you can use one overly unit to turn all your opponents monsters to overly units by paying 1000 life points. When this card has more than 20 XYZ mateirels you inflect 2500 damege to your opponent.

3 level 6 monsters

Once per turn you can use 1 Xyz matieriel to special summon a warrior from your deck +1000 ATK.
When this card is destroyed summon it back on the field -200 ATK.

2 level 8 monsters.

once per turn by using one Xyz Material you can pay 2000 life to destroy all cards on the opponents field.
if your life points are below 1000 you can gain till your life points are 4000 and your opponent loses life equal to half the life points you gained.

3 level 6 monsters

when this card is Xyz summoned, all monsters on your side on the field gain 600 ATK and DEF. By using one Xyz Material your opponent loses life equal to each card in your hand x500.

once per turn by using one XYZ matierel target one monster your opponent countrouls. This card gains half of that monsters ATK. If this card has number 62 gain 2000 life points.

You need to make some major fixes to these cards. But since this is the RC section, I'm obligated to give a form of CnC in this reply if I'm telling you that your cards are bad.
Here are some problems with yours:
  • You're in violation of the max original ATK on C108 (cap is 5000; nothing higher than that). Effect is essentially a worse variant of 101's attachment effect that burns if you get a certain amount of materials.
  • Need to actually write "Number (# here): Rest of name"
  • On regular 108; 5000/4200 stats on a generic 2-mat Rank 8? No, just no...do you realize how many Decks exist out there that can spam Rank 8s with ease? You just gave them a new beater that can spammed whenever they feel like it; also wipes their field and kills their LP.
  • C12's effect has no relation to the original. Usually, a Chaos upgrade of an Xyz has a stronger variant of their base form's effect.
  • 109 (Link) is essentially stat gain and detaches to burn from the hand. The burn effect is fine, but the stat boosting is outdated, considering the meta revolves around effect removal. Simple stat boosts are not going to survive.
  • C62, much like C12, has no relevance to the original one. Although you do have an "If this card has [base form here], it gains this effect" string; it's merely a LP boost and doesn't build on what the original did. 
  • Your OCG needs a good amount of work. I would suggest reading the guide written by Zazubat, in addition to the Guides to RC by Toyo and Aix (in the main RC Singles section); if you wish to be taken seriously as a cardmaker. While you are in RC, you are expected to abide by all card limitations set by Konami in the real game.
