I Hate Snatch Steal Posted May 26, 2014 Report Share Posted May 26, 2014 http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Photon_Specter (anime only) I decided to remake this card to give it a bit of a buff Note: less fuzzy art of this card doesn't exist yet During your opponent's Battle Phase: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 "Photon" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Attack Position. It loses 1000 ATK, also its effects are negated. It cannot be destroyed by battle this turn. You can only use the special summoning effect of "Photon Specter" once per turn.
