Awesome. Although he cannot be destroyed or have his effects negated, he CAN be targeted though.So his attacks can be stopped and magic cylinder will make it attack the owner instead of you.Toning down it's effect is hard because this cards effect it's effect from the anime.I also added the sphere mode.

 

Phoenix lore:Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned; Send it to the Graveyard. Cannot be destroyed. This card's effects cannot be negated. Once per Turn, during your Battle Phase: You pay 1000 Life Points; Destroy all monster your opponent controls.

 

Sphere lore:Cannot be Special Summoned. Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). The Normal Summon of this card cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. Cannot be targeted by card effects. This card gains the total ATK and DEF of the monsters used to Tribute Summon this card. This cards name is treated as "The Winged Dragon of Ra" while in your hand.

Is this for real? 1000 LP to destroy everything on the field, you can do that eight times if you're good, being immune to damn near everything, cannot be destroyed, cannot be banished. A better effect for a Phoenix would be "When this card is sent to the graveyard, you can select one Pyro monster from your hand and banish it to Special Summon this card." (Correct my OCG, something seems off, but you get the gist of it.)

 

This just screams OP.

This is a cross between Judgment Dragon and Egyptian God. The defensive effects this monster has, combined with the Nuke effect makes this card Very OP. I would suggest reading the realistic card guide again. In my opinion Super Power Monsters are beginning to lose their edge. try for something original.

Sorry if it seems to OP I cant really remove the destroy monster effect because that's Its effect.I will try to tone it down a bit.

 

P.S I loved C33 machu mech fortress!

I understand that this is an adaptation of Ra's Phoenix Mode from Reshef of Destruction. But that was intentionally overpowered (and thank the gods it was!) so I will see the card as its own card, rather than an adaptation.

 

Immunity to being destroyed is already a very good form of self-protection, as Beelze has proven. But you had to extend this immunity to banishment and negation. That's already going too far. Not even the legal Obelisk has such a strong form of self-protection.

The field nuke is insane too. Outclasses the legal Obelisk by miles, because you don't give up 2 cards to use it and it can still attack.

This is fairer by a better degree. Its blanket immunities are limited (and this one is double-edged in that you can't target it yourself), it doesn't have a stupid un-negatable effect, and you need to work a little to get its ATK to respectable levels. An acceptable adaptation of the rest of Ra's anime effects.
