Cannot be Special Summoned. During your Main Phase 1, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; Target 2 cards in your Graveyard except "Cardcar G"; add the first card to your hand and place the second card on the top of your Deck, then it becomes the End Phase of this turn. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this effect.

It's like w/e. I was thinking maybe Infernities, but it's waay too slow for them. I'd say it'd be good in Lightsworns, imo. But that's just me.

It is an interesting idea. Probably a tad slow for most decks though. Maybe see some play in Sylvans as they love stacking their deck.

For cards with limited resources like troll-stall Countdown and Chain Burn, this would be very good in retrieving used cards to provide more damage or defenses.

I added 'except "Cardcar G"' right after 'Target 2 cards in your Graveyard' to prevent an infinite stalling loop that would work like this:

 

1. Tribute "Cardcar G" and target "Swift Scarecrow" and "Cardcar G"

2. Add "Swift Scarecrow" to your hand and place "Cardcar G" to the top of your Deck

3. Repeat these steps indefinitely while "Final Countdown" is in effect
