I Hate Snatch Steal
I just finished watching pokemon the rise of darkrai so I thought I'd make these: A link to the original art is below the card. If your opponent controls a card and you control no cards, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. This card cannot be Special Summoned, unless you discard 1 card. Your opponent cannot target this card with effects. During your End Phase, send this card to the graveyard unless you send 2 cards from your hand to the graveyard or pay 2000 life points. You can only activate up to 2 of the following "Palkia the Star Maker" effects per turn, and each only once that turn. You can add 1 field spell card from your deck or graveyard to your hand. During either player's Battle Step: you can banish the attacking monster until the End Phase. You can target 1 or 2 cards your opponent controls; banish them. http://antarel.deviantart.com/art/Palkia-Starmaker-143240882 If your opponent controls a card and you control no cards, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. Airride
For dialga; It's a super easy complete lock. It can be Normal Summoned, Set, and Special Summoned without restriction (Something you should REALLY Change, maybe to No Special Summoning), and then you can use its Phase-Skip Effect on the Opponent's main Phase 1 and Battle Phase, making their Turn Go Draw -> Standby -> End, Leaving them Helpless, except For Quick Plays, Traps on field, and Quick Effects on field. Otherwise, you can just stall out until you use its effect to pop FOUR CARDS TOTAL (Use Popping effect twice, popping 2 cards each time) and wreck them with stuff from over several turns. Just...leave out phase skipping. It's always going to be broken. I mean yeah, Time, but do something more creative with it. Can't give you anything off the top of my head, but...eh. And I mean, yeah it has a maintenance cost, but DIscarding can set up (Not to mention you could make hand Plusses to counteract that) and Life points are kind of whatever. 3 turns of Set up is still godly in this meta. Oops, I didn't think of using the phase skip effect twice for a turn lock. I'll figure out a way to fix that. Thanks for pointing that out. edit: changed the effects so you can't use the stack the same effect twice and added a summoning cost ala tyrnat dragon. One of my goals in making these was to be sure that they aren't held back by impossible summoning requirements, thus the high maintenance costs
