Agro
3 Level 4 monsters While this card has Xyz Material, when you Normal/Special Summon a monster(s), your opponent cannot activate cards or effects. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field; destroy that card. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "tellarknight" monster from your hand or Deck. Genericassshit. Was fun just hopping around the bottomless my friend kept setting in Traptrix. This wasn't even playing with Stellars btw.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Best target for Star Seraph Sceptre to make among the three material Rank 4s? Throwing it out there. Cuts out Torrential/Bottomless/Warning. I'd make room for this in stuff. (Inb4That'sBecauseYou'reBadAtThisGameMatt. I know :()

Its effect only protects monsters that were summoned. Warning stops the summon altogether.

Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
I think a lot of 3 material Rank 4s (Shock Master aside) suffer from mediocrity compared to their easier-to-summon cousins the 2 material Rank 4s. Of course, with effects like S.H.ARK, Castel and Exciton flying around it's difficult to judge what a good 3-mat effect is. This card is no exception. Generic destruction on a 2500 body that can't be responded to with BTH or Torrential is good, but not overwhelming in the way that previous 2-mats were. Of course, in it's own deck it's absurdly good, cashing in off of the pluses you can make, not to mention summoning it with Sceptre, and getting two pops and a draw. Also, with Triveil revealed, it's now not the best Stellarknight to go into against a developed field. It's something to do when they have vulnerable monsters but little backrow, or multiple non-Extra Deck monsters on the field. Otherwise you want to Triveil and blow their field away. Still a summon from deck on death is powerful, especially off of the counter trap, or getting Altair to dodge the attack restriction. Overall, a solid, but not overwhelming card. Just the way I like it. Satellarknights won't be seeing the banlist for anything they have revealed now.
J-Max
Ran into this guy yesterday and it annoyed me to no end... Couldn't get rid of monsters after that due to it blocking my Torrential and other cards. Doesn't even need to be in its own dedicated Deck to be good. Being Rank 4 means it can be spalshed around quite easily.

Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
The thing with Triveil is... its limited to Satellas. Delteros can be put into ANYTHING. Yeah, sorry. I've just been playing Satellerknights on YGOPro for so long that I just assumed that most people were talking about using this in that. I haven't found another deck (I run Star Seraphs as an engine in Satellarknights) that uses Delteros/Deltatheros/Doritoes well enough to put it in the Extra. Especially with Nodens taking up 1-2 slots in nearly every Rank 4 spam deck I build. I usually don't include 3-mats at all, except when the archetype requires them.
