Oriannis
Divergence
You can activate this card when your opponent controls 2 or more monsters which have the same level. Up to twice per turn: You can target 1 monster on your opponents side of the field; apply 1 of these effects. . Increase that target's Level by 1. . Reduce that target's Level by 1.
This card speaks for itself. A quick effect card to stop your opponent from XYZ summoning and even some Sychro plays. Any good? C&C will be liked. Trebuchet MS
Having a card that creates a lingering effect that you can manually activate is... off, somehow. If this were a card that remains face-up on the field, I can understand. But it's a Quick-Play which is intended to be one-use. So perhaps we can tweak this a little bit... You can activate this card when If your opponent controls 2 or more monsters which have with the same Level. Up to twice per turn: You can activate this card or banish this card from your Graveyard to target 1 monster on your opponent controls side of the field; apply 1 of these effects. . Increase that target's Level by 1. . Reduce that target's Level by 1. Because you want this effect to be able to apply twice, I've given this the ability to activate from the Graveyard, including the turn it was activated and sent to the Graveyard, unlike most other cards of that nature. But because this involves variable effects, it would be cumbersome to create 2 paragraphs on the same card, so I've winged it a little bit and came up with this. Oriannis
Thanks for the OCG fix and the suggestion. The intended effect was that the player had the choice to use the effect twice when the card was activated and then it would be sent to the graveyard. The level change was only while the cards were on the field. Thinking about now as i type, I realize that the OCG needed much more work to be clear of this.
