Monarchs are too slow to be competitive in Advanced. They're not going to do any better in Traditional.

Okay, let me say this:

1. Respectable players wouldn't run broken OTK in Advanced. It's mostly meant for casual tournaments for players who don't have the cards to play competitively in Advanced.

2. I don't have extremely fast, broken cards (Except for something like Painful Choice)

3. Cylinder actually works quite well outside of burn decks. Especially if you don't have anything else to use. You might as well be using a Saku, and inflicting damage on the side if you're also happening to be using Monarchs.

1. This is Traditional. Here you have not only DAD but also Chaos to content with. Still, I'll give your deck another look.

2. I see several fast, broken cards in your deck. The theme itself is the slow part.

3. Cylinder is a -1. Saku is a +0.

Non-chainables are Set even less in Traditional than they are in Advanced. You won't get far with 0 Raiza, 1 Zaborg, 1 Thestalos, and 2 Mobius. I mean, you don't even have decent Monarchs to run in a Monarch deck.
