The effect is like moxie. The effect is alright on its own (since it is based on Moxie as mentioned) and while 2300 ATK can handle itself for a while; keep in mind there are better Rank 5s to go into other than this, given this is stat boosting (which would've been great several formats ago) and the aforementioned other stuff have things to deal with common threats [they also have better stats]. You could drop this to a Rank 4 monster, so more Decks can run it. As it is now, Blackwings could run this to some degree but it wouldn't offer too much synergy outside of beater support, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
