Here are the "Artist" of the Akatsuki: Deidara & Sasori. Deidara uses his detonating clay to show his "artistic" side. Since explosion is not one sided it can also harm the player who uses it. Imagine battle royal. Sasori uses puppets so, there is 2 actual cards that is so reflective to this card: Number 43: Manipulator of Souls (a.k.a Number 43: Soul Marionetter) and Relinquished. Even those two has the same effect, Relinquished has a limit to equip 1 monster at a time. Naruto & Naruto Shippuden are owned by Masashi Kishimoto. Image were made by:

Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "C-4 Clay Token" (Machine/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 100) to your side of the field. If the tokens were destroyed by battle: inflict 500 Life Points to both Players. If this card is destroyed by battle: destroy all monsters on the field and both player looses equal to the ATK of all monsters that were destroyed by this effect.

 

 

Once per turn: You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard; equip that target to this card (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect). If this card would be destroyed by battle, destroy that equipped monster instead.

Deidara

 

Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "C-4 Clay Token" (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 100) to your side of the field. When a C-4 Clay Token is destroyed by battle: Both players take 500 damage. When this card is destroyed by battle: Destroy all monsters on the field; both players take damage equal to the combined ATK of the destroyed monsters.

 

The C-0 effect is the one that needs to be nerfed, given it is essentially a severe burn variant of Dark Hole. Depending on what monsters are on the field at the time, this can/will force players into a draw (even though a lot of cards will just kill it via an effect). Change the damage effect to a lower burn amount (half of the ATK is better, but it can still be just as deadly as what you have now). Or better yet, 400-500 points per monster [not as heavy, but still does enough damage for what it's worth]

 

Sasori

 

Once per turn: You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard; equip that target to this card. (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect). If this card would be destroyed by battle, destroy that equipped monster instead.

 

Flavor-wise, this reflects Sasori's usage of Hiruko as a form of armor. Although it is somewhat underwhelming, given what Sasori has done in the anime/manga, it's balanced enough as is. You could add something that reflects his abilities (up to you to decide what is best)

 

 

 

Anyway, not sure if you're accidentally spelling "rogue" wrong or intentionally using "rouge" (in Sasori's case, it has some meaning since he is called "Sasori of the Red Sand")
