In this case, you prevent them to use card effects but I also added your opponent draws 2 cards to make a bit fair. Anyways if there is something wrong with this I can change it. I am hoping ican do Number C150X and C150Y since Mewtwo has 2 mega evolution depending what game you own. Image belongs to wallsave.com. 2 Level 6 monsters Once per turn,when your opponent activates a card effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the activation of that card effect, if you do, destroy that card effect. As it's worded now, your opponent has to activate an effect during YOUR turn in order for it to work. If you want it to work like in the games, you should add "during either player's turn". The card draw is a fair enough drawback for a Solemn Judgment/Divine Wrath-esque effect. I reworded it in a similar vein to Divine Wrath [not sure how to word the draw effect, but since it does occur if/only if this effect works, it has been included in the whole sentence]. Otherwise, it fits well with Mewtwo's abilities. Stats are fine for a Rank 6 (some Decks can make this with relative ease, but I won't discuss them now) Hopefully you remember that Mega Mewtwo X is Steadfast (a speed-boosting one) and Y is Insomnia (cannot be put to sleep); so plan the Rank-Ups accordingly.
