You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this card. Reveal 1 Xyz Monster in your Extra Deck, and target a number of correct targets in your Graveyard equal to the Xyz Materials required for it's Xyz Summon +1; Xyz Summon that monster using the targets as Xyz Materials, and then, detach 2 Xyz Materials from it.

It's pretty neat but it makes cards like Evilswarm Ouroboros, and potentially two of them, with a single card, requiring only that you have 3 Level 4 monsters in your Graveyard. Its drawback is minor; you can't pull it off on your first turn, but once you can use it the Xyz Monsters will carry you without needing you to Summon anything else.

So should I change the effect or it should stay like this?

It IS an "Advance Heraldry Art" for any Xyz of any Rank, so it's a bit too much on the generic. My suggestions are:

-You cannot Special Summon other monsters this turn (once per turn clause would become a given without needing to be mentioned here).

-Give it an extra drawback regarding the materials, like requiring +1 and immediately detaching 2 upon the Xyz Summon, or something along those lines. That way you'd need 4 Xyz Materials for an Ophion, and it'd lose 2 right away, or you'd get a regular mid-sized Xyz with only 1 material ultimately there, and therefore a single shot at their effect. Though the Battlin' Boxer Xyz would greatly enjoy that drawback, but no big deal.

It'd look something like this:

You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this card. Reveal 1 Xyz Monster in your Extra Deck, and target a number of correct targets in your Graveyard equal to the Xyz Materials required for it's Xyz Summon +1; Xyz Summon that monster using the targets as Xyz Materials, and then, detach 2 Xyz Materials from it.

I think the Xyz Summon effect is the main appeal, and I'm not sure if it'd actually need the Breakthrough Skill-like one at the end. I'll just leave it out of the suggestion for now.

Just some ideas thrown out there in case either catches your eye.
