[spoiler=Dr. Makoto Ushio]
Username: TheFinalFan
Name: Makoto Ushio, M.D., D.Sc.
Gender: Female
Age: 45
Affiliation: Yliaster
Appearance: Makoto Ushio takes after both of her parents, inheriting the raven-black hair of her father, as well as some of his taller physique, while her eyes are a brilliant gold, like her mother, and her facial features combine Tetsu's hawkishness with Mikage's beauty, as well as her mother's fairer skin. Her golden eyes are usually hidden behind a set of square glasses, and her long hair is tied back in a bun while she works, a few loose bangs resembling her father's dropping in front of her. She is normally dressed in a lab coat with a grey shirt, a pair of work slacks, and some working shoes, forgoing the much more feminine attire her immediate superior possesses. In fact, her lanky physique, combined with her rougher features and functional work attire, make her look somewhat masculine.
Personality: The good doctor is a product of her time. Like the other children of the original Signers and their allies, Makoto found her parents entrenched in the new Yliaster, maintaining the good of Neo Domino and eventually shaping a new future for everyone, and tried to join them in their work, only to find that the organization she had joined was much more complex than it appeared. Her ideals have become jaded and subdued, simply doing what she is told as efficiently as possible, and producing the results needed, in order to seem useful. While normally, this would be absolutely soul-crushing, Makoto is incredibly smart, the intelligence of the Ushio line known for skipping generations, and finds a genuine interest in her work on creating weaponized Signers to deal with Yliaster's problems. As such, she has developed a series of relationships with the Signers under Yliaster's care that she handles on a regular basis, and, while direct and blunt, she is more of a mother figure to them, especially Catherine, than Jesse is.
Biography: Makoto was born to Municipal Director Mikage Sagiri and Director of the Public Security Maintenance Bureau Tetsu Ushio, long-time companions of the Signers and staunch members of Yliaster as it was being rebuilt from the ground up after Z-ONE's infiltration and subsequent self-destruction of the organization. The youngest of the children of the Signers and Signer allies, Makoto found a big brother in Victor Atlas, Jack and Carly's son, and a big sister in Yuki Fudo, Yusei and Aki's daughter, as well as an aunt and uncle in Rua and Ruka, the youngest Signers. While mainly grouped with the youngest of the Hogans' innumerable offspring, Makoto made it apparent that she was a prodigy, preferring books and games instead of more girly toys. Her parents, absent for most of her youth, didn't foster this desire to learn very much, but Yuki gave her many books to teach her more advanced concepts, while Victor taught her how to be seen as useful. These two ideologies shaped Makoto to want to use her keen intellect for a good cause, and joined Yliaster as it was cementing its place in the world.
Makoto also managed to get a front row seat to Jezebel Strailey's grab for power as she tore apart the command structure of the organization from the inside in her bid for power, with Makoto left in the dust and thankfully spared the purges due to her usefulness. The very thing she strived to be saved her from Jezebel, who instructed her to begin finding Signers and, if they couldn't be forced to become Signers, then new Signers must be manufactured. Makoto, who had lost Mikage, Yuki, and Victor all in that terrible year of 2067, meekly complied. Using her medical knowhow, in conjunction with the technology at Yliaster's disposal, she figured out how to replicate the harmonizing wavelength that the Signer Dragons possessed regarding their ability to be used as Momentum shutoff devices, and commissioned a series of false Signer Dragons. In turn, she discovered that, utilizing Momentum-charged nanites, she could just barely recreate the same signal the Marks of the Dragon utilized to respond to each other. Piggybacking off of that signal, her "Brands", despite some flaws in their makeup, would resonate with the false Signer Dragons, creating a series of artificial Signers. These Brand Signers are her main project, and taking care of them has allowed her to become a bit of a mother figure to them.

Just wait until you find out what those readings actually MEAN.

Though, if you know what I love, you might be able to make a well-educated guess. :P

Oh boy...I hate guessing games!! xD

I'm betting its sort of a Shamalyan twist or something. Care to either Skype message me or PM me about that? I'd honestly guess...but not really in the right mind for that ^^;
