You're completely disabling the Extra Deck, an incredibly central point of pretty much every single relevant Deck out there, which should not happen at all. Deck that works to make Rank 4 after Rank 4? Now they do nothing. At all. All you can do with them now is spam and squirm.

Hitting the Extra Deck is an interesting concept, but completely obliterating it just shouldn't ever be a card. It means that you become completely reliant on your monster's effects that can actually disrupt the field, and you have to draw and/or search them first, rather than simply reaching into the Extra Deck for whatever monster. There aren't many of these, FF Bear and a few Shadolls being the only ones that come to mind immediately. Suddenly, the plethora of effects that help establish these Decks suddenly vanish. You can only Bear so much, and monsters immune to being destroyed will think that Bear is funny.

See, the only problem with this is that it's completely, utterly, undoubtedly broken. Most decks nowadays rely on the extra deck, so having a card like this shuts them down pretty much instantly. Not only that, but it also has a non-existant cost. Maybe hitting only one extra deck card at a time after an actual cost would be better. But this... This is worse than Crush Card Virus, really.

That is true, however, it also hurts your Extra Deck. Also as a side note, one cannot activate this card if one does not possess an Extra Deck.

hmmmm true....if it was something like.

'If more than one Extra Deck monster was sent to the graveyard by this effect, send an additional monster card to the graveyard'

because if you look at it like ok im only going to activate it and ill have to get rid of one card but your opponent has say 5 rank 5 or maybe 5 level 5 monsters well they have to send an additional 5. thats almost the whole extra deck.

See what i mean :/

Ah, yes, I see what you mean. If an extra deck monster was already sent, send 1 more but no more than 1. You do have a valid point, if there are more extra deck monsters on the field, then the chances of a player having no extra deck is very high. I may change the effect so that you may only send this much.
