You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) when a Synchro, Xyz or Fusion monster you control is destroyed. If this card is Special Summoned this way: Target 1 Xyz, Synchro or Fusion monster in your Graveyard; equip that target to this card. This card gains 100 ATK xRank or Level of the equipped monster. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it.

It sounds like a very good card overall but a pretty bad draw in a top deck scenario.

It has the issue that even though any Extra Deck monster being destroyed helps it, you need +700 for it to be on pair with other bosses, and +800 for it to kill something. So no Xyz decks with less than a Rank 8 specialization and no Synchros with less than Level 8 will really get you out of a pinch. 

 

The destroying effect is nice, but the drawing effect takes away what could have been nicer. The most you'd be able to do is to use Give & Take to revive a floater and kill it, allowing your floater to trigger, making you draw the card, and destroying an opponent's card in the process. Still the combo is not optimal unless the rest of the deck can use said trap.

 

Since it's ATK will usually be around 2500, and just 1800 ATK when Summoned by any other means (a la Airknight Parshath), I think you don't need to let your opponent get a draw whatsoever, and it'd then be fine as is. At least, in my humble opinion.

 

The card is written oddly, but I won't take care of it unless you want me to, and only after you decide if anything I said proves helpful to you for editing it. I've had a few instances where I correct the text but it gets ignored because it has my suggestions, or that it doesn't have them but the topic's creator thinks they already implemented them because they used my correction. So we'll leave that for later ^^"

 

All in all, I think it's a nice concept for a card, and gives me an air of Goat Format kind of stuff. Which was good stuff.

The drawing part, yes. Preferably taking it out. In the past when people have followed my advice to change a drawback, they usually just replace it with another drawback, and I firmly believe this card doesn't need one.

 

As for the ATK, I honestly like the 1800, but if you want to bump it up a little based on what it could or could not take down, I don't see the harm in it either. So yeah, why not? xD

OK, I'll take drawing part out.

This is just my idea for second effect: . Each time this card destroy a monster: You can send equipped monster to the Graveyard; inflict damage to opponent equal to the half of the ATK of the sent monster.

No I didn't mean to take the full effect out, I just meant to take out the drawing part.

Now it no longer destroys a card when it destroys a monster. 

I don't mean to be harsh but it's now a completely different card. I liked the destroying part of the effect =0

It's what made it interesting.

Please refrain from just giving an OCG fix. This violates the Advanced Clause, which states that you must give a worthwhile review that's at least as long as the card's effect (suggestions, constructive criticism, etc).
