I dunno about Flash, though. Call of the Haunted is simply more reliable and flexible. And RL rules won't allow Flash to revive a Stardust that was Summoned by Starlight Road/non-Synchro Summon, even though it "ignores Summon Condition". Flash would probably get errata'd to say "(This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.)" instead.
