Venom Posted June 27, 2014 Report Share Posted June 27, 2014 Hi fellas, how are ya doin'?. Today I come with a simple concept that, I hope, will turn out nicely. This time, it's Cyber Suits =D. Cyber Unit Holo Shield Level 3 LIGHT / Machine / Effect When your opponent declares an attack, if you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand in Defense Position. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can decrease this card's DEF by 500, if you do, this card cannot be destroyed by battle that turn. You can decrease this card's DEF by 1000 to increase or decrease it's Level by 1. ATK 0 / DEF 1500 --------------------------------------------------------- Cyber Unit Support Battery Level 3 LIGHT / Machine / Effect If you control 1 face-up "Cyber Unit" monster, you can Special Summon this card. Once per turn, you can apply one of the following effects: *Decrease this card's ATK by 500: Target 1 face-up "Cyber Unit" monster you control: this card's Level becomes the same as the targeted monster. *Decrease this card's DEF by 500: Target 1 other "Cyber Unit" monster you control: Increase it's DEF by 500. ATK 500 / DEF 500 Cyber Unit Trench Gun Level 5 LIGHT / Machine / Fusion / Effect 2 "Cyber Unit" Level 4 monsters You can Fusion Summon this card by sending the above Fusion Materials from your field to the graveyard (you do not need "Polymerization"). Once per turn, you can decrease this card's DEF by 500: Increase this card's ATK by it's DEF. ATK 0 / DEF 2500 Sorry for the bad OCG, I have been away from YGO too much. Ren✧ Posted June 27, 2014 Report Share Posted June 27, 2014 Just a note, since you've been gone we have split RC into two sections, Single Cards and Multiple Cards. This topic is in the former, and should be in the latter. The cards obviously have synergy with one another, bouncing the effects one another to quick result in a 2000 ATK beater. Nothing too powerful yet, but come the second turn you have Trench Gun out, you can boost its ATK again to 3500 ATK, then the next turn 4500 and then finally tapering off at 5000. Sure, there are lots of cards to bounce this off the field, but with the added support of Support Battery, and I am assuming a few more monsters, it could get to be a bit out of hand. I would suggest making it decrease its DEF by 1000 and upping the DEF to 3000. That way you get your 2000 beater on your first turn, you can get out a sizeable 3000 after that, but from there it stops. I like the idea here and so long as there are more to come, I think it could turn out to be a solid set. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You don't need to restrict Holo's effect to once per turns, since it will apply althrough the turn anyway, so you won't need to use it twice. Maybe that part should be moved to the Level-altering effect. OCG Fix Suggestion: When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can Special Summon this card from your hand in Defense Position. You can decrease this card's DEF by 1000; increase or reduce its Level by 1.During either player's turn: you can decrease this card's DEF by 500; this card cannot be destroyed by battle during this turn (This is a Quick Effect). While you control a "Cyber Unit" monster with a different name; you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn you can activate 1 of these effects: @: Target 1 other "Cyber Unit" monster you control and decrease this card's ATK by 500; this card's Level becomes the same as the target. @: Target 1 other "Cyber Unit" monster you control and decrease this card's DEF by 500; the target gains 500 DEF. You can Fusion Summon this card by sending the above Fusion Materials from your side of the field to the Graveyard (you do not need "Polymerization"). Once per turn: you can decrease this card's DEF by 500; increase this card's ATK by it's DEF. Basically you only forgot to capitalize Graveyard on the last one, also Renegade made a good point there, if a mod' can move this to the appropriate multi-section. Plus, you might want to limit the boost on Trench a bit... 2000 --> 3500 ---> 4500 it escalates a bit too quickly. Maybe you can power it down like this (again, only a suggestion): ATK/1500 DEF/2000 Once per turn: you can decrease this card's DEF by 500; increase this card's ATK by 500 and have it gain additional 500 ATK, until the end of the next Damage Step when it attacks or it's attacked. You could repost the thread if you want, it would just mean they would have to lock this one. And actually, I think there is a 'lock your own thread' tool in the shop. Can't imagine that it would cost very much, if anything at all. Or you can just update in this thread and wait for a mod to fix it. I am kinda disappointed in them for not keeping better tabs on these issues. There is currently another thread that should be in multiple cards that is sitting in singles waiting for them to notice. On another note, I just realized how spammable Holo Shield and this archetype will be if they have low ATK... Machine Duplication might break this deck too much.
