So Like I Said Its A Mini Set. Tell Me If There Are Balance Issues!

Where do I begin with this?

 

First of all, you are using Fake Types. If you read the Custom Cards rules properly, then you would know that Fake Types are explicitly forbidden within the Realistic Card section. Either you use types that actually exist in the game [a suitable replacement would be Fiend-Type] or you risk getting this moved to AoC.

 

Second, the Spell card's pic already exists for Dark Renewal.

 

With that said, I'm required to give a comprehensive review of these cards, so here we go.

 

Hellhound is essentially a free 500 - 3000 point burn every turn. In most cases, you're pretty much going to shave at least 1-2k points off your opponent [because of the field setup]. It does punish overextending to some point, but effectively stripping 25 - 37.5% of their LP just for that; absolutely not.

 

Tarroxia is severely OPed. That last effect is almost certain to happen, given its 5000 ATK to discourage any attempts at straight-up attacking, unless you're dense enough not to run monster removal (see Mirror Force, Exciton Knight, 101 and some other things). Given your wording though, it's essentially a free 5000 ATK SS from the Extra Deck if both graves are empty (see first turn).

 

As for the last card, it's probably the only one that makes any remote sense here. I could see this as a way to punish Graveyard reliant Decks or something, but ironically it also fuels said Decks. Depending on the situation, it's either OTK fodder in late game or some way to deal massive damage easily. Lowering it to 100 points per card makes it less broken, but that still does not excuse it for being a free heavy burn card.

If you're doing a remake of a card that already exists in the anime/manga or actual game, then you can use the same picture from it.

Otherwise, you need to find a different picture.

 

I would advise you read the cardmaking guides in the RC-Singles section; as that essentially sets the standard for cards that are expected in here.
