3 "Crystal" and/or "Gem" monsters
(This card is always treated as a "Gem-Knight" monster) This card can also be Fusion Summoned by sending 3 face-up Continuous Spell Cards you control to the Graveyard. When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target 2 monsters in your Graveyard; place them in your Spell/Trap Card Zone as face-up Continuous Spell Cards. If a monster in your Graveyard is banished: You can shuffle it into your Deck instead. If this card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. If a "Crystal Beast" card would be destroyed by this effect; Special Summon it instead.

Underlined= Should it be changed to 'by battle'?

Honestly not too happy with how this card turned out, but after three times of editing I just decided to open it to the scrutiny of you all. As always, CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is always appreciated and will be +REPPED.

The artwork is pretty and the effect seems cool. :)

Each effects would work well with either of the archetypes, or even better if you twitch them up a bit, like:

"...if a monster(s) in your Graveyard would be banished; shuffle that monster(s) to the Deck instead..."

(Would work with  "Fragmen Fusion" and "Fusion Gate" and "Rainbow Dragon" as well as "Gem-Knight Fusion").

"When a "Crystal Beast" card in your Spell/Trap Card Zone would be destroyed; Special Summon that monster instead."

I'm not sure how the Heavy Storm-ish effect is planned out, since it would not trigger the Crystal Beast summoning one, because this card would already have left the field.

I changed up the effect slightly.

I think that fixes the problem

Another good Borne card!

The banished effect is great for going up against decks that run Soul Release or other "Imma Banish your Grave-Monsters!" cards, an impressive effect I would've never thought of. I would've honestly went with a Monster -> Banished by Effect -> Drakon Effect -> Shuffle Monster back in deck, but hey that's just me.

Now the second effect is even better. In short, your making it like a playable Heavy Storm, with the added part of having your CBs in the S/T Zone be summoned instead. This is a definite card that Carbuncle would indeed love a lot (as its effect is almost similar, with it being SS and SS all CBs in your S/T Zone). A great integration on that!

Oh...and off-topic...WHERE THE HECK DID YOU FIND THAT PIC IN YOUR SIG AND WHY DON'T I HAVE IT YET?! XD

The banish effect is supposed to compliment Gem-Knights who do a lot of banishing with Gem-Knight fusion. I am thinking about changing it to be if the monster is destroyed by battle and not card effect. After all, it is quite a powerful effect and has the potential to gain you A LOT of advantage. Thoughts?

PM me and I'll see what I can do about hooking you up ;)

Ahhh, almost forgot about the Gem-Knights did most of the banishing as well! So that definitely compliments it! And the destroyed by battle idea just might work, as you would get the upper hand as well.

Not only that, if you run some CBs, a play could go like this (I apologize for using CBs as the basis, mainly cause its the main set I can relate to, since I don't use GKs too often):
Your turn

Summon Cobalt Eagle

Use his effect to put Pegasus back on the top of your deck (Provided he's already there)

Opponent's turn

Attacks Eagle

Uses Drakon's effect, put Eagle back

And you've successfully saved not one...BUT TWO CBs
