ems97
Well I decided to make the 3 legendary beast, Entei, Suicune, and Raikou. Entei with Flash Fire, Raikou with Volt Absorb, and Suicune with Aurora Beam. 3 images belong to blazegryph.deviantart.com. 2 Level 6 LIGHT monsters When this card is targeted for an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; while you control Thunder-Type monsters on the field; negate the attack, and if you do, gain Life Points equal to half of the attack that was negated. 2 Level 6 FIRE monsters At the start of the Battle Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; while you control FIRE monsters on the field; double the battle damage from this card. 2 Level 6 WATER monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material; while you control WATER monsters; target 1 monster your opponent controls; halve that targets ATK. So now I am done with 2 Region's legendary: Kanto and Johto.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
You know how this review will end, so let's get on with it. Raikou 2 Level 6 LIGHT monsters When this card is targeted for an attack and you control a Thunder-Type monster: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the attack, and if you do, gain Life Points equal to half of the attacking monster's ATK. Deck-wise, Hieratics and some of the Lightrays can summon this, but as this card offers no synergy to them (because this requires a Thunder monster); it's just a 2500 ATK beatstick that can't even protect itself (due to not being Thunder-Type). In essence, it needs another monster to protect it. Lose that monster, this card is pretty much dead (especially when stuff like Numbers 6/25, Strike Bounzer and even Messier 7 have better stats/effects and will kill this card). Batterymen/Hunders could be usable for supporting this, but they lack any Rank 4/5 LIGHT Thunder monsters to go into for the purposes of RUM (Batteries have Fuel Cell, so that's one option, but they have better things to do). I'd advise changing it to Thunder-Type itself; as in the game, Volt Absorb activates automatically, whether or not you have another Thunder on the field. Or you can just change the trigger effect to require another LIGHT monster instead (since you already gave similar triggers to the other two). You'd have a much better chance of triggering its effect then. Entei 2 Level 6 FIRE monsters At the start of the Battle Phase, if you control another FIRE monster: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; any battle damage this card inflicts is doubled. This card pretty much doubles its damaging capacities simply by existing on the field to trigger its effect. Hopefully you know that Flash Fire is triggered by another Fire move; unlike the case with Raikou. I've edited the effect so it triggers when you have another FIRE monster in play to activate. That being said, some Decks can spam FIRE monsters, so adding a small restriction shouldn't hurt its playability. Suicune 2 Level 6 WATER monsters Once per turn, if you control a WATER monster, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; halve its ATK. Essentially triggers its effect simply by existing. If you want to keep it as is, just remove the (if you control) bit and just have it do free ATK cutting once per turn. Since Aurora Beam is an attack, it doesn't require another attack to do anything. Keep in mind though the ATK cut though is based on luck, but I'll ignore that here. Playability-wise, while there are a decent amount of Level 6 WATER monsters that can go into this card, they don't offer synergy to each other for the most part. While Rank 5 Shark Decks exist, they can't make this card b/c of its Typing. Change it to Aqua and you'll have better options to summon this card with. On another note, Suicune's offensive stats are much lower than that of Entei/Raikou, but yet it has a higher attack than the two of them. It's a personal quirk, but if you want to make these accurate to their powers in the anime/games, you should adjust their stats in Pokemon into Yugioh terms properly. Overall, they reflect the respective abilities (or moves) they were intended to convey; just that some playability issues exist.
