Let me get this straight.

If your opponent tries to use 101, Sakuretsu or whatever targeting card on it; they take 1800 damage from it for even trying to get rid of it? Lower the burn to at least half of what it is and make it an OPT effect.

 

Making a card that burns for almost a quarter of your opponent's LP simply by trying to use 101 or whatever on it, put bluntly, is bad card design. Even with the Pop Culture section, you still need to make cards that have reasonable effects.

 

On a sidenote, Big Pecks just blocks the user from getting their defenses slashed by the opponent; I don't see that reflected here.  It's okay to modify a bit, but definitely do not make a burn effect like that; especially on a 2500/1900 body that can be splashed easily.
