Marco Polo
;} Before you see powerful effects and be in shock, consider the following limitations: "Winged Messenger"s are always treated as the same card, in other words you cannot have more than 3 in total, to ruin consistency. "Winged Messenger #2"'s effect cannot be executed if you don't have another "Winged Messenger" to special summon. The combo would be cut if you attempt it while there are no cards for "Winged Messenger #2" to destroy, it'd have to destroy "Pandoran Box of Eclipse", which would obviously kill it. "Pandoran Box of Eclipse"'s effects rely on removing other copies of the same card from deck as a cost, so in case you drew 2, lost 2 or just used up all the copies, effects cannot be activated. This whole "combo" revolves around "Pandoran Box of Eclipse", which further ruins all consistency. Has to stretch for two turns since the combo begins, since "Wokun" won't be able to finish the opponent at once. I hoped these would do, to give me a free hand when designing. suggest more if that's not enough. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Gameplay: if all steps done correctly, this is how this would be performed: Activate "Pandoran Box of Eclipse", lock up to 2 Special Summons. Normal Summon 1 "Winged Messenger #2" Activate its' effect, destroying 1 card on the field, special summoning another "Winged Messenger #2" Activate its' effect, destroying 1 card on the field, special summoning "Winged Messenger #1" Activate its' effect, lock card effects until the End Phase. Xyz Summon "Pandoran Serpent of Eclipse", detach 2 "Winged Messenger #2", clean the field of 2 more cards (if possible!) Xyz Summon "Wokun - Pandoran Deity", since you paid half of your Life Points to activate "Pandoran Box of Eclipse", it's ATK begins at 4000. Having special summons & card effects locked, usually pretty clean field, nothing should stop "Wokun" from dealing damage. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for reading, now have the cards:
Halve your Life Points to activate this card. Once during either player's turn, you can banish 1 "Pandoran Box of Eclipse" from your Deck; negate the effect(s) of a card that can Special Summon a monster(s) and destroy that card. If a "Winged Messenger" monster you control would be destroyed, you can banish this card instead.

This card is always treated as "Winged Messenger". If this card is Summoned while there is no face-up "Pandoran Box of Eclipse", it is treated as a Normal Monster and it's effect is negated. When this card is Summoned, destroy 1 card on the field and Special Summon 1 "Winged Messenger" from your hand.

This card is always treated as "Winged Messenger". This card cannot be Summoned unless you control a face-up "Pandoran Box of Eclipse". When a face-up "Pandoran Box of Eclipse" you control is sent to the Graveyard, returned to your hand or flipped face-down: banish this card. When this card is Special Summoned, your opponent's card effects are negated until the End Phase.

2 Level 4 or 5 "Winged Messenger" monsters You can control only 1 face-up "Pandoran Serpent of Eclipse". You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, Special Summon it. If a face-up "Pandoran Box of Eclipse" or "Winged Messenger" you control would be destroyed or banished, you can destroy or banish this card instead.

2 Level 4 or 5 "Winged Messenger" monsters This card ATK and DEF equals the combined amount of battle damage you took and Life Points you paid since the beginning of the Duel. if this card would be destroyed, you can detach all Xyz Materials attached to it instead, and if you do: this card's ATK becomes 0 Until the End Phase.
Concept: (forced, I know, try to forgive me) Pandora's box was a box that sealed things like hate, fear, lust, greed etc. it was opened by a girl named Pandora and that's how all the evil was released onto the world. sorry for not being strict to the lore, there's a little connection to the concept [sadly, I wanted to focus on it more but ended up tweaking the card effects too much]: There's this world of light, everything goes as it should, divine justice is resumed as always, but then this box opens, the evil spreads everywhere, darkness is all there is. thus an eclipse, the light is nowhere visible. {thus from LIGHT monsters, you change to dark, earth monsters? eh.} then this dragon even I can't justify, but the hell with concept.
