Target 1 "HERO" monster in your Graveyard that was destroyed by battle last turn: Special Summon it, then inflict 500 damage to your opponent. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card.

I like the power that this card presents but It a bit too slow for competitive play. If you change this card to an quick-play, and change the effect to read during this turn instead of the last turn. This card would be a threat and help heroes out.

I think I gave you a short reason for why your card didn't place, but guess I'll elaborate on it.

 

The revival effect is nice, but is pretty much restricted to the Main Deck Elemental HEROs, as you know that most of the Extra Deck ones are Nomi (save for some of the Neos fusions); strongest monster you can revive with this effect is either Bladedge/Neos. However, considering the fact that the Mask Change cards are existent, you can pretty much use the revived monster to go into an M-HERO or set up another Extra Deck monster to something.

 

Also note that the monster has to be destroyed in battle, so it's a bit clunky and most likely not going to happen; since most Main Deck HEROs usually don't see battle as they're being used to make Fusions or become Mask Change bait, etc. If you allowed this card to Special Summon the Extra Deck monsters from the graveyard with an effect to bypass their Nomi conditions, then it'd probably see more usage.
