Also, i have a few doubts about the OCG, feel free to post alternatives, those will be taken into great consideration as well. [spoiler=Lore] When you activate this card: you can have you opponent gain 600 Life Points; place this card in one of your opponent's unoccupied Spell/Trap Card Zones of their choice. During each End Phase; the turn player gains 300 Life Points for every face-up card their opponent controls. If this face-down card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard; gain 1200 Life Points. Alternative 1: When you activate this card: you can have you opponent gain 600 Life Points; place this card in one of your opponent's unoccupied Spell/Trap Card Zones of their choice instead of your own. During each End Phase; the turn player gains 300 Life Points for every face-up card on their opponent's side of the field. If this face-down card is destroyed by your opponent and sent to the Graveyard; gain 1200 Life Points. Alternative 2: When you activate this card: you can increase your opponent's Life Points by 600; place this face-up card in one of your opponent's unoccupied Spell/Trap Card Zones instead of your own. During each End Phase; the turn player gains 300 Life Points for each face-up card on their opponent's side of the field. During each End Phase: The turn player gains 300 Life Points for each face-up card their opponent controls. If this face-down card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You gain 1200 Life Points. Actually a rather amusing card to play with. Clog your opponent's S/T Zones with dead weight, but at the cost of relatively insignificant life gain. You can easily beat out that 600 they just got. Because Simochi and Reficule only poison anything that heals the opponent, this just begs to be abused with them. As for the card name, I'd call it "Double Cross".
