Dark Soul Wyvern card - Just something I wanted to try out

I really wanted to create a single card, instead of just making a whole deck of Useless Cards. So, here is Dark Soul Wyvern.

Lore:When this card is Tribute Summoned using a Dragon and/or Warrior Type Monster(s). It gains the Following Effects.
1.Warrior - When this card attacks your Opponent directly, deal an additional 600 points of damage.
2.Dragon - Once per Turn, You can Special Summon 1 level 4 or below Monster from your hand.

[*] Dragon - Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand.

Fixed OCG above.
Here's the review:
Won't see much play, since dragons rarely tribute summon. Also, it's just a 2900 attack beater that doesn't do anything very significant.
Those [*] 's are bullet points

As the above user already mentioned, most Dragons just Special Summon themselves (courtesy of Darkness Metal Dragon). Granted, some of them (i.e. Hieratics) still do, but they have better things to do than summon this card [more specifically, stuff that's more coherent with their strategies].

The Warrior effect will rarely, if never, be used unless you splash it into a character deck or something. The extra burn is nice on a 2900 ATK body, but already requires that you hit them directly.

Other one is nice for getting monsters set up for a Synchro Summon or something [or whatever], but the aforementioned REDMD does its job a lot better; is easier to summon and has no level restriction (which is more than worth the 100 ATK drop). Granted though, you can summon ANY monster with this card, but there are some consistency issues.
