BatMed
OCG fixes: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by sending 1 face-up card your opponent controls to the graveyard whose effects are negated. I like this card :D , it's useful and its concept is new, you can make a combo with this card and fiendish chain to get rid off your opponent's boss card and maybe perform an xyz summon if you control another level 3 card or a Synchro summon if you control a tuner, or using it for a tribute summon, but I suggest you to add: "you can only control 1 face-up Skill-Less Eater" or "This card cannot be normal summon or set", to make it more balanced... Updated effect: This card cannot be normal Summoned or set. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by sending 1 face-up card your opponent controls to the graveyard whose effects are negated. Overall, nice card ... HugPhoenix
Well, actually i did mean it to be normal summonable too. And thanks, I just hate herald of perfection and made this to counter it lol, but then i thought, well theres decree, and plasma, etc. And i think the only thing that would stop it is Soul Drain. The efffect is to send a card whose effect includes negation as its cost to special. As for balance, i dont think anything would be wrong with its normal summon. krakonfour
Special summon this card from where? From the grave or hand? Also, if I read the effect, this card targets cards that have an effect that NEGATES (skill drain or Vanity Fiend for example) as a cost. Are you certain that you want to target those types of effects, and not cards with negated effects (an effect monster under skill drain, for example)? AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
I don't really get the artwork. It's a WATER Fiend (Tour Guide, obvs), but the art depicts a snake shedding in the rain. Anyways, it's pretty situational, and making it (semi-)nomi would kill it even deader. Fiendish is currently inferior to BTS, Herald isn't in the meta, and most negators don't stick on the field. You could take out a FF - Tiger King or Mermail Abyssgaios, but really, the targets that this card has for its Summon are rather limited. It'd be weird if you changed it to what that other guy is suggesting (I think) where it takes out cards that are negated for its Summon. At best, it would be a pet for Tour Guide, if for some reason you wanted to include non-Tour Guide targets that can SS itself for having played BTS. It doesn't feel like it's really worth it, but it is a +1 Summon when it works...

OMG, sorry XD, I though it targets monsters whose effects are negated XD Now after I understand the real concept... Amazing :D ... Unfortunately it cannot counter Veiler's effect. Man I hate that bi$&% >.<
