After damage calculation, if this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can attach it to this card as a face-up Xyz Material instead of sending it to the Graveyard. newhat Posted July 11, 2014 Report Share Posted July 11, 2014 Draw doesn't enable anything specific but it's a spark of an engine and better than Merrowgeist and Fairy Cheer Girl. It's very efficient if you draw with it and cut around a Graveyard effect. Even if it gets blown up before you attack it's a 1 for 1 overall. However, the effect is neat, it can makes you draw 1 card by detaching 2 xyz materials (-2) + it can recycle its xyz materials, but still, I seems that supply unit is better then this card since it allows you to draw 1 card when a monster is destroyed (-1)... The main purpose of the card is to get rid of things like Hands, Cosmic Dragons, and anything that wants to go the the Graveyard. Drawing a card is just a bonus. Dramatic Crossroad Posted July 13, 2014 Report Share Posted July 13, 2014 The card's power can be increased by other methods, rather than changing its printed ATK. I think there's space for a Sword-Hunter-like effect, like gaining certain ammount of ATK for each Xyz Material attached. I think 2000 original + 200 for each overlay unit will give it a decent 2400 to start things off. Also, it would certainly imply more strategic kills, like what monsters you need attached for the ATK boost, and which ones you need to keep away from your opponent's Graveyard. P.S. It has a similar effect to Fairy Cheer Girl, since, alone, it just allows you to draw a card on the turn it's summoned. The greatest point about this card is that it allows for strategic plays, allowing you to remove enemy's monsters from the grave. At the same time, it is a generic lvl 4 and its stats actually allow it to do what it is supposed to do. 2300 is a good number. One forbidden lance can get you over the likes of Judgement Dragon.
