Face McShooty
As long as this monster is on the Field, it gains ATK equal to the strongest monster on your opponent's field. This monster must attack each turn to keep its effect. As long as this monster is on the Field, no monsters on your opponents side of the Field can attack or change position. If a monster is attacked by this monster, the defending monster is Banished (Battle Damage to this card is reduced to 0). After each turn, this monster is changed to DEF. if this monster is attacked while in DEF, this monster gains the attacking monster's ATK and DEF until the End Phase of the controller of this card's turn. If this monster is Summoned by Tributing 1 DARK Monster, you may Special Summon "Ickis, The Growing Monster", "Krumm, The Eyeball Juggler", and "Oblina, The Shape Shifter" from your Deck and/or your Hand. pwnyo
First CNC I've ever done! Anyway, the OCG could use some work. For example, Ickis' effect: While this card is face-up on the Field, it gains ATK equal to the monster with the highest ATK your opponent controls. At the End Phase, if this card did not attack this turn: destroy this card. [That's a little iffy, but bear with me.] The card itself has an extremely powerful effect for its low level, so there are some balance issues there. Krumm: While this card is face-up on the Field, no monsters on your opponent's side of the Field can attack or change Battle Position. If this card Battles another monster, Banish that monster without applying damage calculation. [This card is also very powerful, capable of crippling your opponent at no cost.] At the End Phase, change this monster to Defense Position. If this monster is attacked while in Defense Position, this monster gains the attacking monster's ATK and DEF until the End Phase of your next turn. [Also a bit iffy.] When this card is Tribute Summoned using a DARK monster: you may Special Summon "Ickis, The Growing Monster", "Krumm, The Eyeball Juggler", and "Oblina, The Shape Shifter" (from your Deck or hand). [Totally and verily overpowered, allowing random swarming at, again, practically no cost]. While the cards are not particularly bad, they are rife with balance issues. I'd recommend giving them all at least 1 more Tribute apiece, and perhaps some other cost (such as needing to Tribute another monster you control every turn, or having to pay 1000 LP per turn) to cover the extremely powerful effects. All Gromble would need is a change to Special Summon just 1 of the monsters instead of all of them, and then he'd be fairly balanced. Good luck in the future, my lad! :D
Face McShooty
Well I tried to make their effects based on how they scare, Ickis scares his victims by growing, so I put the ATK gaining because of that. Krumm scares his victims by his stench and juggling his eyeballs, so I rendered opponents practically useless and Oblina is a shape shifter, hence the ATK and DEF gain. Now Gromble was the hard one cause I couldn't find anywhere what his scare tactic is, so I just used the fact he's Ickis, Krumm, and Oblina's Headmaster... Although to make him less powerful, I could change it to his favorite student (Oblina) that you can search for and summon. I will edit these next time I get on the PC since I can't do it from my iPod Touch
pwnyo
The set is great theme-wise, with those explanations! You used their abilities in fairly interesting ways, too. Edit: (Oh, I just read the rules of yhe sub-forum, and apparently you aren't supposed to "fix" OCG. It seems like you're trying to use it, as I am, so I'll keep my post :D)
Flash Flyer - Sakura
The rules Icy made back in 2010 are void; the active rules are in the announcement. You can post OCG fixes, but you must accompany them with actual comment on the cards themselves. As a sidenote, make an attempt to use proper OCG so members can understand what you intend for your cards to do. Anyway, since I don't know the series this came from; I'll just give a general overview on things. Ickis is essentially an easier to summon, but more powerful version The Wicked Avatar to some extent (lacking S/T locks). However, you still need to attack otherwise it presumably dies [which you probably will be doing considering that it'll pretty much win most of its battles; except if your opponent is in Defense Position and cannot be destroyed]. Krumm is pretty much Thousand Eyes Restrict that banishes (though it remains at a flat 1800). The banishing effect is strong, however at 1800 ATK, the most it'll dent is some Main Deck monsters (not factoring in any stat adjustment); assuming your opponent has not used them to Synchro/Xyz yet. I assume you know why Restrict was banned to begin with. I am assuming Oblina is meant to COPY the ATK/DEF of the monster attacking it; instead of absorbing it [based on your explanation]. In any case, it's a bit awkward and will most likely die should your opponent's ATK > its DEF (which is true in most cases). If you're making it switch to Defense Position, a logical fix would be to have it gain DEF equal to the attacking monster's ATK until the End Phase or something. Gromble essentially can spam the above three cards out and promotes swarming. Also note that Krumm/Oblina can simply be used for a generic Rank 5 Xyz, though the former's effect is too good to pass up for said Xyz. The SS effect is easily accomplished in pretty much any DARK deck that can keep at least 1 monster out. In all, they need to be nerfed in some shape or form; Krumm definitely needs that first effect gone or severely nerfed. Oblina is alright but gimmicky right now. Headmaster needs to have some limitation on its summoning (just Special Summon 1 of them instead of the whole set), because a free 3 monster SS from the Deck is definitely something that should not be there; especially considering the former two. Changing it to SS Oblina instead is fair enough, since you can't do any Xyz things with them. While this is Pop Culture, please try and make an effort to create cards that have some degree of realism (and this does not entail making cards similar to things on the ban list).
