Here we have Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. Uxie with the move Psyshock (tried to worded as possible), Mespit with Copycat, and Azelf well... tried to think of an effect but lets see about this effect.

2 Level 5 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; target 1 monster on the field; this card gains the target's effect and ATK/DEF until the end of your next turn.

2 Level 5 monsters
Once per turn, when an effect of a monster is activated: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, this card gains that effect.

Uxie's effect needs to be edited when it destroys a monster; not just when it attacks. Let's say you attack something like Spirit Reaper or whatever else doesn't die in battle; this card's burn effect will not activate since said monster wasn't destroyed. On a sidenote, Uxie has considerably lower ATK than DEF in the game; so my suggestion would be to switch the ATK and DEF. That being said, this would prove to be an interesting tech against stuff like Superheavy [assuming you can force them to change battle positions [ATK] so it can destroy and trigger].

In terms of Mespirit, Copycat simply takes the last move the opponent makes (in this case, you're using a stronger variant of YGO's one). Depending on what monster you decide to copy, you may only be able to activate it once [copy an Xyz + use effects]; this card becomes a Rank 5 0/0 vanilla. Interesting though, but will become a sitting duck once your next turn comes and ends.

Azelf essentially negates the activation of a monster effect and applies it as its own. Unlike stuff like Divine Wrath, it doesn't destroy though. In a way, you could trigger this against 101 or something and either steal it yourself or use whatever effect you decide to negate. That being said, the way it's written now implies that it gains the effect permanently. I would suggest having the effect expire at the End Phase or something. You might want to add a "during either player's turn" clause, so you can trigger this effect during your opponent's turn as well.
