As of now, view The first Hokage and Madara when they were still alive. All of their abilities are from the anime. More will come eventually like the other kages, sanin, and more. There will be an Edo Tensei topic. If you haven't seen the anime and doesn't know what is Edo Tensei (barely a few people) I'll explain when I make say 4 cards (including Madara)

 

Edit: Now added the 2-4 hokage. If you find the effects OP it's because that is their ability. In the anime its fine but in this format its OP when someone uses it on the field.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summon (from your hand) by tributing 3 Warrior-Type and/or EARTH monsters you control and cannot be Special Summoned other ways. You can only control 1 "Hashirama Senju, First Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. Once per turn, you can change battle position of all monsters on the field. Once per turn, gain 200 Life Points for each EARTH monsters you control.[/spoiler]

This card cannot be Normal Summon/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by tributing 3 Warrior-Type and/or FIRE monsters and cannot be Special Summoned other ways. You can only control 1 "Madara Uchiha, the Legendary Shinobi of the Uchiha Clan". Once per turn, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls; gain control of that target. Once per turn, you can banish 1 Warrior-Type and/or FIRE monsters in your graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; destroy that target, and if you do, this card cannot declare an attack this turn.[/spoiler]

 [spoiler=Tobirama Senju, Second Hokage of the Hidden Leaf] 

 
This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by tributing 3 Warrior-Type and/or WATER monsters. You can only control 1 "Tobirama Senju, Second Hokage of the Hidden Leaf" on the field. Once per turn, when a WATER monster you control is targeted for an attack; negate the attack.[/spoiler]

 [spoiler=Hiruzen Sarutobi, Third Hokage of the Hidden Leaf] 

 
This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by tributing 3 Warrior-Type and/or EARTH monsters on the field and cannot be Special Summoned other ways. Once per turn, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls and this card; send these targets to the Graveyard.[/spoiler]

 [spoiler=Minato Namikaze, Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf] 

 
This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by tributing 3 Warrior-Type and/or LIGHT monsters and cannot be Special Summoned other ways. You can only control 1 "Minato Namikaze, Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf" on the field. This card can attack your opponent directly, and if you do, halve the battle damage. Once per turn, when this card is targeted for an attack; negate the attack, and if you do, this card can move to an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone.[/spoiler]

 

 

[spoiler=Ay, Fourth Raikage of the Hidden Cloud]

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) when you control 2 or more LIGHT monsters on the field. When this card attacks a Defense Position monster; inflict piercing damage. While you control "Killer Bee, the Rapping Shinobi of the Hidden Cloud", this card gains this effect.

. When this card destroy a monster on the field; double the battle damage.[/spoiler]

 

[spoiler=Mei Terumi, Fifth Mizukage of the Hidden Mist]

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) if you control 2 or more WATER monsters on the field. This card is also treated as an EARTH and FIRE monster. When this card destroys a monster your opponent controls, inflict damage equal to half of that monster that was destroyed.[/spoiler]

 

[spoiler=Onoki, Third Tsuchikage of the Hidden Stone]

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) when you control 2 or more EARTH monsters on the field. When this card destroy a monster on the field, destroy that monster with this card's effect without applying damage calculation.[/spoiler]

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned (from your hand) by tributing 3 WATER monsters you control. Once per turn, when your opponent's monster declares an attack; negate the attack.[/spoiler]

 

[spoiler=Orochimaru, Legendary Sannin  of the Serpents]

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned (from your hand) by tributing 3 Reptile-Type monsters you control. Once per turn, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls; this card gains the effect of that monster. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls; gain control of that target, and if you do, that target gains this card's name and effect.[/spoiler]

 

[spoiler=Tsunade Senju, Legendary Sannin Kunoichi]

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned (from your hand) by tributing 3 LIGHT monsters you control. When this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: Gain Life Points equal to that damage.[/spoiler]

these are nice card but there all higher level shouldn't you make some level 1-4 cards? and maybe some spell and trap cards. plus maybe make some of them extra deck? just ideas

While it's fine to offer suggestions (and it is true), you also need to comment somewhat on the cards that already exist.

 

I also should remind you guys that whatever is inside that new guide should be followed. Making OP cards because the character in question is OPed within their series is not an excuse anymore.
