Your comment doesn't address anything specific in regards to the card; other than you think it's good and Hands need it.

 

As a whole, it's simply a power up card for Hands, granted their stats could be better, considering the nature of the game. That being said, the Hands already have decent effects that can work on their own for now; so a permanent power bonus to them helps a bit, especially against an opponent's monster that would've killed said Hand on a normal basis. (I don't play Hands though, so can't really say more than this).

Underpowered and useless :P hands are cool but this trap would hit the .03 cent pile faster than you can say "vanilla's". Why put a restriction on its activation time?

 

 

If you control a "Hand" monster, you can activate this card from your hand. Banish 2 "Hand" Monsters from your Graveyard to target one "Hand" monster you control; its original ATK and DEF are doubled, also, if it battles an opponent's monster, that monster loses 300 ATK and DEF, until the end of the Battle Phase.
