Nixa-Zizu
When your opponent would Pendulum Summon a Monster(s): Pay 800 Life Points per monster; negate the Summon, and if you do, destroy that monster(s). If this effect is negated, you can pay 500 Life Points: Target 1 monster on the field; return it to the hand.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Please obey the 24 hour bump rule in this section. As for this card, it's mostly a plus for you. If this goes off without a problem, opponent loses several monsters at once (or just one like Solemn Warning/Judgment, etc). If opponent negates this, they lose a monster that got Pendulumed. Either way you go, opponent will loses a monster; just depends on if they lose just one monster of your choosing or everything they just summoned that turn with it. Either way though (if the second effect is going to be negated anyway b/c it triggers on field), you do need to put some form of cost to activate this card; otherwise this goes on the same track as the earlier two cards mentioned, if not worse. Added cost to the second effect.
-Dom-
The added cost of 500 Life points is laughable and basically non-existent. I also think that Sakura was suggesting a cost for the first effect as well, as a free counter trap that negates all monsters of a Pendulum summon is too good. Even if Pendulums aren't in every deck right now, like Synchro and Xyz Monsters, they will be in the majority in future, meaning this effect for a negate with no cost is too good. Even now it would become an absolute staple Side Deck card in any deck, so if you played anyone with Pendulums you can ruin their main playstyle in games 2 and 3. While I like the idea of a Pendulum negating card, I think the effect needs to change, or at least a significant cost added.

Is 800 Life Points little or cost should be higher.
