Greiga
LIGHT Level 4 Beast/Effect During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets a "Bujin" monster you control (except during the Damage Step): You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate that effect. 1700/1200 I feel like (ignoring whatever is in NECH) Konami is trying to fix a bunch of parts of the game. But that's just me. Errata is bolded.
Lonk
More like worsen it. Turtle was the best defense against Fire Hand because it can work in the damage calculation. They just messed it up more.

Like how Skull Meiser could be used in DS despite it nto being meant to.

Blake
Quick Effects that negate can be used during the Damage Step. Not all of them. That's an incredible blanket statement that doesn't even begin to scratch the truth about situations like Turtle and Skull Meister. In the TCG only, Spell Speed 2 Monster Effects (Quick Effects) that must activate directly in response to an effect activation to negate that activated effect only. In the OCG, they cannot be activated for this reason alone. You can activate the effects of "Photon Strike Bounzer", "Skull Meister", "Bujingi Turtle", etc. You cannot activate the effects of "Number 25: Force Focus", "Number 106: Giant Hand", etc. The difference is that cards like "Photon Strike Bounzer" or "Skull Meister" only negate one effect that is activating, and they must be activated directly in response to what they are negating. "Number 25: Force Focus" doesn't need to activate in direct response to an effect, and both it and "Number 106: Giant Hand" negate all effects, rather than the specific one that was activated. Cards like Bouzner and Meister are not intended to be usable in the DS, it is entirely the fault of the TCG not following the intended design. Different banlists are fine, if not better, but this is just an example of them screwing it up.
