I Hate Snatch Steal
This card is treated as a "Cyber Dragon" monster while it is in the deck. If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon/Set this card without Tributing. Once per turn: you can discard any number of cards (min 2), then banish 1 "Cyber Dragon" and 1 LIGHT Machine-Type monster from your graveyard; special summon 1 LIGHT Machine-Type monster from your extra deck whose level/rank is less then or equal to the number of discarded cards x 4 and if you do, you cannot special summon for the rest of this turn and any further damage your opponent takes this turn is halved. Then, if you summoned an xyz monster this way, attach the top 2 cards of your graveyard to it as xyz materials. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect and in response to that summon. If I got the balance wrong here, feel free to move this elsewhere as you see fit. Link to original art in case someone wants it: http://artnothearts.deviantart.com/art/S4-League-Mecha-Harmony-108452511 So I thought I'd make a card with some kind of extra deck summoning effect, then I started browsing mecha-esque art and came up with this. I thought it would be better if it wasn't generic so I make it require cyber dragons. edit: why "card and effects can't be activated in response to this effect?" Because first of all, any opponent will let you pay the cost and then veiler/breakthrough skill cyber extra caller. Though they still can use those cards in response to her summon, it just won't cost you any cards in hand if they do. As for why cards/effects can't be activated in response to the summon, it wouldn't be needed if we still had the old priority ruling or if this card had gotten quick effect treatment instead of exiton: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Superdimensional_Robot_Galaxy_Destroyer
