I feel like number gate is way too OP, with cards like star drawing, making a number monster and detaching for its effect gets you 4 draws, also cards like xyz reborn gets you two free draws as well. I would definitely make the first effect "When a Number XYZ monster is XYZ summoned" instead of just summoned. Also i think 2 cards is too many, I would make it 1. 

 

Black Thunder Dragon and Thunder Lord Dragon is also WAY too OP, because a deck like dark worlds would be able to get it out turn 1, then they could discard the opponents entire hand in one turn.  And the last time yugioh had an effect like that first turn (Wind-Ups) it got banned quickly after it was discovered.  Also Thunder Lord dragons makes call of the haunted a field/hand nuker for nothing, you really need to change that. I would make both of them require at least 4 lvl 8 monsters, because they are so OP.

I feel that the dragons are OP.  If you summon them, it's practically game over if your late into the game.  I mean, don't touch my hand.  Sheesh.

 

Number gate is just a massive supply of cards and Seal of Thelema is just soo annoying... why would you even use that?  The 500 point boost is worthless compared to the lifepoints and cards your losing.

 

Then the Direct Speed thingys are just too.... random?  complicated?  Yea... they need to be more simple for actual usage.

Considering the prevalence of Rank 8 Decks lately, both Dragons are OPed to no end, especially since they're one-sided Excitons/Black Rose Dragon OR Card Destruction [sans the replenishing]. In the case of Black Thunder Dragon, it's essentially an OTK enabler since 4500 is more often than not enough sweep in conjunction with other monsters [or with prior damage beforehand]. Thunder Lord is even worse, considering your opponent is essentially screwed when it hits the field, unless they tech Starlight Road or some other anti-nuke card. Yes, you lose 7 cards from your Deck; but keep in mind some Decks don't care that their cards are banished, so for them, it's just an instant field wipe.

 

In both cases, you either need to make their requirements harder to pull off (make the required monsters' Level higher, require more materials and/or make restrictions on it) or you scrap their effects entirely; as they are simply overpowered to no end as they are now.

 

Direct Exceed - Speed will not work, as no Xyz Monster known thus far is a Tuner that will satisfy the requirement.

 

Number Gate is just draw spamming that also rewards you for detaching a material; either more free draws (which we heavily look down upon) or a LP boost. I would suggest getting rid of the first two effects, as netting a possible 3 card draw for little effort is overpowered. It's fine to have a draw effect, but considerable effort needs to put in there.

 

 

Make the necessary fixes or this will be moved to Joke/OPed Cards.

Im reading this, and I have some points

-I get the Dragons, ill fix that

-Number Gate as well

-Direct Speed-Exceed is supposed to not require a tuner monster, thus having the "ignoring summoning conditions"

       -On a separate note, i had an archetype designed for that.
