If your opponent controls a card and you control no cards, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. During either player's turn, once per turn: you can banish 1 "Elemental HERO" monster from your graveyard; reveal 1 "Elemental HERO" monster in your extra deck that lists a specific monster by name as a fusion material and if you do, until the End Phase this card's name becomes the revealed monster's name and it gains the revealed monster's effects and if it does, send the revealed monster to the graveyard.

 

Rulings notes:

- Listing a specific monster by name is the same requirement as Elemental HERO Prisma being able to reveal the monster.

- You can activate and resolve this effect while Macro Cosmos or Masked HERO Dark Law is in effect, in that case the monster you are copying will be banished.

I say this card is a very nice alternative for fusion monsters that can only be brought out by fusion summoning and no other methods. It gives monsters like flame wingman and tempest an extra boost of support. Nice card and effect. I like it :)
