asterr259
Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by destroying 1 "Magician" card and 1 "Dragon" card in either player's Pendulum Zones. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up Pendulum Monster in your Extra Deck; Shuffle it into your Deck. This card's name is treated as that monster's name, and gains the same effects as that monster, until the End Phase. While this card is in face-up Attack Position, negate all Trap Card effects on the field. Art by me, but didn't turn out like I wanted. Never does. But if you couldn't guess from the name, it's based on Draco-Equites. I wanted to see a card like this in Arc-V(Possibly used by Yuya). Which allows you to Fusion Summon using Pendulums, but in a more unique way like No.99's Summoning Effect. This allows you pop 1 of your opponent's Magicians(Timegazer Obviously) for "material"; hindering their P-Summonings. I doubt an opposing Odd-Eyes will still be in the P-Zone during your turn, so at the cost of your own, or even a "Dragon Horn Hunter", you can summon this guy. I think it's balanced considering the "materials" are slightly specific, but I also think a "discard 1" along with the Summoning Req may be required. OCG might need work, CnC would be appreciated. Marco Polo
It's all good. I wanted to comment mainly on the card art, if you've done it with photoshop, you used "outer glow" in the blending effects, but forgot to apply "inner glow" aswell, which gets rid of the ugly outlines.
