Field Veiler
During your Main Phase 1: You can discard this card to the Graveyard; neither player can activate cards or effects that would result in cards being sent from the field to the Graveyard for the rest of this turn.
Update (2014-08-14)
Used Marco Polo suggestion (as a place holder, if any more good ideas drop in) :)

So basically;

-It locks Out Summons

-It locks out Using Spell/Traps besides already set Continuous/Fields

-Battles do nothing besides inflict Damage (I think?)

-Basically, it's a 1-Sided Cold Wave + Midrash But better (Use it on the opponent's turn; It's not like you'd be doing anything that turn anyway)

This is completely and utterly broken. Unsalvagable. Especially with the vague wording (Is anything that would remove stuff negated? Can you even battle, since that would remove a card from the field?)

I agree with airride in everything, almost. With the exception that I really like this card.
It's refreshing, though needs some tweaks.
In any way, this must be reworded since the effect arises so many problems, conflicts and questions.
I'd suggest:
During your Main Phase 1: You can discard this card to the Graveyard; neither player can activate cards or effects that would result in cards being sent from the field to the Graveyard for the rest of this turn.

This mainly 'veils' non-continuous S/T as they are sent to the grave once they resolve.
Effects that banish or bounce are, just like the eff is worded - are okay.
Pendulums are sent to the extra deck, thus are still tribute-able, destructible etc.

In my opinion can be quite an interesting concept though still needs balancing and tweaking. Good luck.
