OCG fix:

During your Standby Phase: Discard 1 card from your hand; Special Summon this monster (from where?) in face-up Attack Position, and if you do, switch its ATK and DEF.

As mentioned in the OCG fix, WHERE are you summoning this card from? You need to mention where this is being summoned from.

On another note, its effect is very similar to that of Guardian Dreadscythe [as you HAVE to discard and SS it if you have the resources]. Granted, it can be used as a regenerating wall or fodder for Xyz/Synchro/Fusion or whatever purposes you need, but that's it.

I would make the effect optional, considering that there will be times that you won't want this card's presence to be clogging up your field in place of other things that actually do something more useful by then.

I see, thank you for the feedback. Also the effect is supposed to be optional but as you pointed out I worded it wrong I will post the updated version ASAP.

Just put parentheses around the location, and then you've got it perfectly. Otherwise, it's pretty much correct. (New PSCT rules say that if you want effect to be optional, put "You can [action] here"; if it's meant to be mandatory, just leave it like how you did earlier. I know it's a bit technical at times.)

Card's better now, since you can choose whether or not to revive it [depending on your situation]. On another note, it can serve as a quick 1900 ATK monster when revived that way, so you could use it to destroy smaller monsters if you're unable to use him for an Extra Deck material at the time.
