**Effect**

1 DARK monster + 1 LIGHT monster
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon or by its own effect. While face-up on the field or in the Graveyard, this card is also LIGHT-Attribute. During the Standby Phase of the Next turn after this card was banished: Special Summon this banished card. Once per turn, you can banish 1 monster from your graveyard: Apply 1 of these effects depending on the Attribute of that Banished monster.
● DARK: Until the End Phase, any monster that would leave the field is banished instead.
● LIGHT: Until the End Phase, decrease the ATK of monsters your opponent controls by 100 for each of your opponent banished cards.
You can only control 1 face-up "Progenitors of Chaos".

I like the image, the effect and concept of it, only 1 sentence in the lore gets me a bit confused:

During the Standby Phase of the Next turn after this card was banished

What made you specify what turn/phase this card returns to the field...also, what are the actual odds of this card being banished during the Draw Phase, so this would prevent its return during the same turn?

Another thing, as a suggestion is to limit its field presence (1 at a time or something). With its easy summoning requirements you could pop 3 copies and with Chaos having all kind of banishing costs/effects, they would basically never leave the field.

Imagine this: Fusion Gate could spawn 3 of these on a single turn, providing you have the proper materials, or if you use each subsequent for a material as well that means you actually need 4 LIGHT/DARK monsters. (or 1:3, since Progenitors is dual-Attribute).

"During the Standby Phase of the Next turn after this card was banished".

This means as it says. After the turn it was banished, it's special summoned during the next stanby phase(during your's or opponent's). Not when it's banished during the Draw/Stanby Phase. Not sure what part you're misunderstanding, but that part of the effect is fine.

But other than that, I agree with limiting the limiting of this card to 1 on the field. The requirements make this too abusive. Maybe if you change it to Dark/Light Warriors? That might help. The fact that you have to run Poly/Fusion in(or the Hex Monsters) also balances this out in a Chaos deck. Though like Dragon Rulers, I'm not sure a card like this is something we need more of. Other than that, this card seems balanced for the most part.

It's solid. It is vulnerable to Gunbird but it doesn't die forever when blown up, it's likely to get something done before it dies, and the Macro effect is great for clearing out Pendulums. You can make three of them fast with Fusion Gate.

I just forgot about fusion gate ><, this card will just swarm the field then

think I'll limit its presence on the field...
