I also played when it was being ran at three, and ended up winning because back then tempest magician was a thing. I just went exemplar spell night end, wam 2-4k damage with no need to attack. generally won me the game back then. I was full tilt anti meta back then. I see both sides of the argument here. once you get any foothold, killer can lock a game away. but so can silifer the sky dragon or the wicked avatar. theyare both amazingly good cards, with the problem, they they are generally too costly to play.in any deck at all. now sure. phorts here, can make up advantage easy, but one time space hole, or a bottomless, and your field isn't coming back next turn, and your done for that game. end of story. unless there is some ruling on pens that bottomless does not actually banish them. so obviously the deck being that it is, hangs on such a crutch, people wanting to play the card that says no fuck you I'm staying, makes some sense. the obvious better plan is to play tyrant's tantrum was it, or royal decree and stop all the traps so you don't have to worry about them messing you up whats so ever, and then yay, just smash face till you win. do we got any good builds but swarm and smash with the phorts anyway? it's not like they do tricks. Still jarring when Hell Armageddon and Leonidas are Pendulums. If they were worried about it, they could have just made its scale less good. I could've gotten out 2 Killers but I already had game and I didn't want to go overkill. I have the build on DevPro but not DN. Shell and Disk can simply and easily win the match on their own. Killer adds a goal, but in reality that goal is pointless when you have stronger Monsters that can be spammed so much easier. I guess you could run 1 or whatever, but you just don't need it. Winmoar card is winmoar. Which is exactly what it is. If you say it's OP, that's because you've lost to it one too many times.
