Hello,

So I'm here to get feedback on my boss-type Ritual card.Maybe if it's good enough I can post it the well designed cards thread.

For starters, "Ultimate Knight" is not a real monster Type.

When posting a Ritual monster, you are allowed to (and in fact, encouraged to) post its accompanying Ritual Spell so we can fully see the effort needed to Summon it.

Final effect contradicts the effect that precedes it. You try to discard a card to give this card a (negligible) ATK boost, but its "unaffected by all card effects" renders it immune to itself, too. Not to mention the ATK boost, while permanent, doesn't make much of a difference after you exceed 3000 ATK and becomes a waste of the discard.

LV4 or lower attack restriction is also negligible, since people would Xyz Summon to go around that attack lock. Not that anyone would dare to attack this card head-on in the first place.

Knight isn't a monster type as well.

Sorry for the harsh critisism, but:... This card is extremely Generic and Overpowered in every way possible, with little-to-none effort put into figuring out how to implement anything creative, new or useful in it.

Also, if you intended to make a russian-inspired archetype (if the name is pun of Russia and Moskva) you could have put a little more thought into it. I noticed your ritual spell had the lion on the shield as coat of arms, and even though there are countless countries that use it as a heraldry symbol i'm not convinced Russia is one of them.

If its Russian inspired it needs to be the twin eagle like below. Overlord, at the moment is like Gravity Bind without the trap and with some power behind it. To keep such a monster with such a strong ability on the field with just 200 Life Points isn't much either. In the effect it also doesn't specify what turn you can use its second ability. I see this card as OP and very abusive. Event though the spell card may specify that you need to use Russkva monsters we haven't seen the other monsters you have so I could be completely wrong.

"Knight" is not a real monster type. Closest we have is "Warrior".
Can only Must be Ritual Summoned by the effect of with "Overlord Call", and cannot be Summoned by other ways. When this card is on the field,Level 4 or lower monsters cannot declare an attack. Once per turn: You can discard 2 cards; your opponent cannot Summon any monsters or activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of this turn. This card is also unaffected by to all other card effects. During your Standby Phase, must pay 200 LP each Standby Phase to keep this card on the field. If you do not, send this card to the Graveyard.

Discard or Tribute 2 "Russkva" monsters who's combined Levels are equal to 11.Then This card is used to Ritual Summon 1 "Ultimate Russkva Overlord" from your hand or deck. You must also Tribute 2 "Russkva" monsters from your hand or side of the field whose total Levels equal 11.
3700 ATK that's immune to all other card effects is incredible - there are few monsters that can trump it in a straight-up battle on their own. You do have to keep a steady LP payment to keep it on the field, but the payments are incredibly miniscule as you cut a swath through the opponent's defenses, laughing at their attempts to stop this card. It also doesn't help that while the Ritual restrictions are tighter than normal, it's greatly offset by the ability to Ritual Summon Overlord straight from your Deck. The "your opponent can't do almost anything" effect is also particularly potent - even though you can only do it during your turn, after the effect resolves you can more or less proceed with your plays uninterrupted, nearly ensuring a win if done right.

I would suggest that you either sharply raise the LP maintenance cost of this card to around 1000 LP, or change its blanket immunity to other card effects to something less potent - either immunity to being targeted by card effects, or immunity to being destroyed by card effects. You can also afford to water down its ignition effect - rather than locking out most of your opponent's plays for the turn, you can instead allow this card to negate one effect activation per turn (of course, at the appropriate cost and at Spell Speed 2.) to allow the opponent to still be able to try to do something. Discarding 2 cards to negate one vital effect activation should be an agreeable cost.
