NEOSANNALS
NEOSANNALS here, I wanted to start a new topic that I can truly relate to, Pokemon! Pokemon has always been a passion of mine, such as the millions of other people who also like it. it's fun, challenging and competitive, not to mention it is the second most lucrative gaming franchise in the world! so without further ado I give you, my custom PO-KE-OH cards.
KANTO JHOTO HOENN SINNOH UNOVA COLLOSEUM

First of all, you can't start a good PO-KE-OH forum without, of course, the god of pokemon, Arceus! 3 Level 8 monstersThe special summon of this card cannot be negated. While this card is on the field, it can't be targeted by spells, traps, or monster card effects. When this card is summoned, place 1 Plate counter on every monster on the field, this card halves the ATK of every one of those monsters; in addition, add the combined amout of ATK that was halved to this cards ATK. When those monsters are removed from the field, decrease this cards ATK by the original ATK of each destroyed monster.

From this point on I'll be posting several "Mewtwo" monsters. Mewtwo has always been my favorite Pokemon and has so many variations of his concept. Behold! Mewtwo himself!! It was created by a scientist after years of horrific gene-splicing and DNA-engineering experiments. Shiny Mewtwo was going to be next, obviously, I based his effect on "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon". You can special summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 Psychic-Type monster you control. Once per turn: You can special summon 1 Psychic-Type monster from your hand or graveyard, except for "Shining Mewtwo Emerald warrior". First of all, I was the first person to come up with the "Mewthree X" idea, and so i decided to create my original idea into a card (i do not claim ownership of the photo used, just the idea) 3 level 5 PSYCHIC monsters This card can't be destroyed by battle when designated for an attack by a DARK monster (damage calculation is added normally) and Increases the ATK of this card by half the amount of the attacking dark monster. Who can forget about Mega Mewtwo, I chose Mega Mewtwo Y because it has a lot better fan-art and easier to use. LEFT This monster can only be ritual summoned with the ritual spell card "The Legend Awakened". Destroy any spell, or trap card that prevents this card from attacking. RIGHT This card is used to Ritual Summon "Mega Mewtwo, The Awakened One" you must also offer one face-up "Mewtwo, The Genetic Warrior" as a tribute. Of course we would have Armored Mewtwo! next to mega Mewtwo X, he's my favorite Mewtwo form! (And yes, I based his effect right off of "Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon") Cannot be normal summoned/set. Must first be special summoned (from your deck) by tributing "Mewtwo, The Genetic Warrior" equipped with "Metalmorph". MechaMew2 is a robotic Pokemon seen only in Pokemon Live."This mechanical marvel was created by Giovanni, the diabolical leader of Team Rocket. It has the power to learn, then amplify and return, the attacks of any Pokémon it meets in battle, making it virtually unstoppable. To insure that MechaMew2 learns every type of Pokémon attack, Giovanni lures trainers to battle him by offering the one-of-a-kind Diamondbadge to whoever can defeat him."He is an actual robot in real life! checkhttp://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/MechaMew2for more info "Mewtwo, The Genetic Warrior" + "Meklord Emperor Wisel"This monster can only be summoned by fusion summon. Once per turn, you can target 1 Synchro Monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card. This card gains the Effect of the equipped monster. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a trap card, you can negate the activation and destroy it. I just had to have at least one spell/trap card for mewtwo Can only activate when you control a face-up monster with the name "Mew" in it, destroy all face-up monsters on the opponents side of the field.

BEHOLD! my favorite Pokemon, MEGA LATIOS! (next to Mega Mewtwo, that is) In honor of the new "Omega Ruby" and "Alpha Sapphire" Pokemon games, I took the liberty of making there mascots in to actual cards! LEFTThis card can only be special summoned by the effect of the spell card "Primal Reversion, Omega". While this card is on the field, increase the ATK of all FIRE and Pyro-type monsters by 500 points. RIGHTThis card can only be ritual summoned by the ritual spell card "Primal Reversion, Alpha". While this card is on the field, increase the ATK of all WATER and Aqua-type monsters by 500 points. LEFTThis card is used to special summon "Primal Groudon, The Omega" from your hand. You must also offer 1 level 8 FIRE or Pyro-type monster as a tribute. RIGHTThis card is used to ritual summon "Primal Kyogre, The Alpha" from your hand. You must also offer 1 level 8 WATER or Aqua-type monster as a tribute. Now that Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire have been out and Mega Rayquaza confirmed, I can finally make M. Rayquaza a card! I based it's effect on M. Rayquaza's Delta Stream Ability. 1 Dragon-type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters While this card is on the field, during battle between your face-up WIND or Dragon-type monster and your opponents attacking monster, decrease the ATK of the attacking monster by 1000 points during the damage step. Next, I'll be making Dialga and Palkia RIGHTThis Pokémon has complete control over the flow of time. It uses its power to travel at will through the past and future. LEFTIt has total control over the boundaries of space which enables it to transport itself to faraway places or even other dimensions. "In the Pokemon Adventures Manga the statue in Eterna City is neither Dialga or Palkia but a combination of the two statues. This is a reflection of the statue's appearance in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl and Pokemon Platinum being ambiguously shaped in order to represent a different member of the duo in each game." http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Disputed_Pokémon (Someone online colored in the picture and placed in in a different back round)I wanted to give this cards effect to correspond with Dialgas power over time and Palkias power over space "Dialga, The Temporal Deity" + "Palkia, The Spatial Deity"While this card is on the field, you can activate either one of the following effects.*Bring back one card that was destroyed the previous turn (This effect can only be activated once per turn)*you can special summon one Dragon-Type monster from your deck to the field in face-up attack position, the deck is then shuffled (This effect can only be activated once per turn.) The dragon trio wouldn't be complete with out the renegade Pokemon, Giratina! I tried to base its effect off of the distortion world. This monster can not be normal summoned or set. This monster can only be special summoned from your hand when both "Dialga, The Temporal Deity" and "Palkia, The Spatial Deity" are in your graveyard. Once per turn, as long as this card is on the field, you can shuffle all the cards in your graveyard in to your deck. Next, I'll be making the deep black Pokemon and the vast white Pokemon, Zekrom and Reshiram! I gave them the appropriate colored cards, black and white, for an artistic effect. I tried to incorporate their abilities and fusion moves into their effects. Of course it wouldn't be complete without the 3rd counter part of the Tao Trio, Kyurem! I also gave it the appropriate colored card, blue, I tried to base it's effect on it's pressure ability. RIGHT 1 Dragon-type Tuner + 2 or more Pyro-type monsters You can only activate this effect during battle between your opponent's monster and this attacking monster: negate all effects of the opposing monster. Increase this cards ATK/DEF by 500 if there is 1 face-up "Zekrom, The Dragon Of Ideals" on the field. LEFT 2 level 8 THUNDER monsters You can only activate this effect during battle between your opponent's monster and this attacking monster: negate all effects of the opposing monster. Increase this cards ATK/DEF by 500 if there is 1 face-up "Reshiram, The Dragon Of Truths" on the field. BOTTOM This monster can only be summoned by tributing 3 Aqua-type monsters. (you do not ritual summon this card) If this card is targeted for an attack, the attacking monster can't attack next turn. Next, I'll be making the Heart-Gold mascot and the Soul-Silver mascot, H-oh and Lugia! I tried to base Lugia's effect on its destructive ability to cause storms, and based Ho-oh's effect on its ability to revive Pokemon. RIGHT Restore 500 life points each turn to the Duelist(s) that has 1 face-up FIRE monster on their side of the field. LEFT Inflict 500 Points of damage each turn to the life points of the Duelist(s) that doesn't have 1 face-up WATER monster on their side of the field. Flash Flyer - Sakura
I'll give this a RC-level CnC, and in the process, fix your OCG in the process. Keep in mind that we stress following the established card mechanics Konami has set in the real game while designing cards; this is also why a guide to this section has been stickied.
If you have 3 Divine-Beast-Type monsters in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. When this card is Special Summoned: Place a Plate Counter on it. This card gains 1000 ATK/DEF for every Counter on the field. I am assuming you meant Divine-Beast-Type in its summoning conditions; which unfortunately, is restricted to the original God cards. To be honest, this fits in the Main Deck more since it doesn't obey the mechanics of an Extra Deck monster. In terms of summoning, as mentioned, unless you somehow get the Gods in the Graveyard or Rebirth Judgment becomes a card in real life; Arceus won't be seeing much play at all. Effect has been changed to add a counter on a monster when this card is Summoned; it retains the flavor you had on the older card to an extent, but written in PSCT so others understand. On average, this card should have about 3 - 5k/6k ATK/DEF, which is respectable. That being said, Arceus is prone to effect removal; and mind you, it is very common. Given this is based on the god of Pokemon, you could do much more with Arceus's effects; either by giving it some protection (reference movie 12, Arceus can use the plates to defend itself) or have it negate things.

Really not much to say here because it's a Vanilla monster. It certainly showcases Mewtwo's power, but right now it's a Level 5 monster on a 25/20 body. While yes, it has no effect; stats are a bit high for a Vanilla of this caliber. I would suggest making it a Level 6; it'll still retain its stats but it'll be at a more appropriate Level for something of its strength.

3 Level 8 Psychic-Type monsters Halve the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls. In short, this card is a stronger version of The Wicked Dreadroot, except it affects only the opponent and defenses aren't slashed. In terms of taking it out, either you weaken it somewhat, get a monster with over 6000 ATK (before stat cuts) or the more common way lately, use Exciton/101/Mirror Force or any card removal available). Because this is an Xyz Monster, you MUST list the Level requirement in the materials. Just as a sidenote, Level 8 Psychics are hard to come by, without the aid of Level-altering cards. IMO, this is better off as a Fusion Monster or something, given its nature and not using materials. Of course, that would mean any Psychic deck that can afford to tech a Fusion card can summon it without problems.

You can Ritual Summon this card with "The Legend Awakened". Psychic-Type monsters gain 500 ATK. This card is used to Ritual Summon "Mega Mewtwo, The Awakened One". You must Tribute monsters from your field or hand whose total Levels equal 8 or more. While Psychic monsters could appreciate the slight ATK boost this card brings, it doesn't reflect Mega Mewtwo at all. Keep in mind that simple stat boosting is outdated nowadays, especially with common removal in the form of Exciton Knight, 101 (which can also steal Mewtwo for Xyz food) and other things. A suggestion would be to design its effects based on what Mewtwo actually does in the anime/manga, or if you decide to use inspiration from Smogon, base its effects on common sets that it runs in Ubers. You can also incorporate its Insomnia ability; though how you interpret it into Yugioh terminology is up to you. As for the Ritual, it's pretty much a generic Ritual to bring out Mewtwo. If you've noticed newer Ritual Spells, most, if not all of them, have some sort of additional effect. Like I mentioned, considering Mewtwo lacks any form of effect/removal protection, you can have it banish itself (Spell) to protect it once from battle/effect destruction or simply an effect to get rid of it.
On a sidenote, try to minimize your usage of large fonts; it tends to make your thread look very messy. The rules aren't necessary in the thread, as our section rules already cover those. (#2 is especially enforced, due to the Advanced Clause in this section). Please make sure you've read/understood everything in there.
