This is an idea that I came up with, Rocketman is kind of like Wave Motion Cannon; with each turn, it's easier to destroy.

Warrior/Effect

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot attack. You must Tribute 3 monsters to Tribute Summon this card. Once per turn: You can have this monster lose exactly 1000 ATK; inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Correct me if I incorrectly mixed up the colon and semicolon, because I haven't played this game in some time.

Keep in mind you need to abide by the standard rules Konami has, regarding original ATK/DEF (in this case, either of them cannot exceed 5000). You already broke it with the 8000 ATK; you must lower it accordingly to 5000 or something.

 

Also, you need to list its Level/Attribute.

One of the reasons for the 5000-ATK rule is that this can OTK with Berserker Crush.

It's a 5000/0, Level 12 and it's DARK. Its effect stays, though.

Not worth it, needs a lower summoning restriction.

For the same price you could:

Get out a Egyptian God Card

Get out a Wicked God Card

Clear your Opponent's entire field for a 3000 damage direct attack (Beast King Barbaros)
