Radiant F.U.R.Y.™
Activate only when you have less than 3 cards in your hand and your opponent has at least 3 more total cards in their hand and their side of the field than you do: Banish the top 2 cards of your Deck, then, if you did, draw 3 cards. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activated this effect. During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can skip your Draw Phase and banish this card from your Graveyard, then shuffle up to 2 banished cards into the owner's Deck(s). All anyone would have to do is set all their S/T cards face-down and then set this off on their opponent's turn during their Draw Phase for a free +2. The fact that it's a Counter Trap makes this thing harder to stop, since only another Counter Trap can negate it. It's way too overpowered... Radiant F.U.R.Y.™
what if I restricted the number of cards you could have on the field when it' activated? Say, I said it had to be the only S/T you control...
Nathanael D. Striker
Ugh, this screams situational broken. I'm sorry, but I don't like the idea of a +2. The Battle Phase restriction is meaningless and the less than 3 cards requirement promotes "set 5, go" mentalities. You did try making it require 3 more than you for your opponent, though I don't think that hides the fact it's a +2. TBH, I don't see much way to fix this besides scrapping it and starting a new. Radiant F.U.R.Y.™
I do have one more trick up my sleeve to try and balance this...if that doesnt work, then, I agree EDIT: Updated effect. Also, on the last effect, I could have it skip your Draw Phase instead of your Battle Phase.

Neutrality Man
Drop the Counter status and make it a Normal Trap. It's too hard to counter for it's power level. Reduce the Draws to 2 cards would also help.
